This is one of my favorite fruit – Rambutan. And because I do not know the English term for this fruit, I tried to search Mr. Google about it but sad to say I haven’t found any. I don’t know if Rambutan is an English word, but the scientific name of this fruit is Nephelium lappaceum.
There are so many varieties of this fruit in the Philippines and it grows anywhere in the country too. The fruit tastes sweet and I can even eat 2 kilograms of Rambutan in one eating time.
